Our 5th graders enjoyed a fun afternoon playing a variety of games with Tranont! Thank you so much to Tranont for the time and effort you put into making this experience so much fun!
Our Wilson Choir has been busy over the past week showcasing all they have been learning. They performed for our school and the Nebo School Board last week, and then shared their talents with family and friends last night at Payson High School. Each performance was outstanding! Thank you, Miss Diana, for the time, dedication, and care you put into supporting our Wilson students—we truly appreciate you!
Tyler saved his "attendance bucks" and bought himself and a friend a picture on social media. Way to go Tyler! Keep getting those "attendance bucks"
Wilson was invited to share all the great things that are happening in our school at Board Meeting. Our student council explained this year's theme: "Piece by piece we create excellence." Then our school choir had everyone singing along to 'Holiday Road'.

Happy 67th Day of School!
We have survived 67 days of school at Wilson. A big thanks to Mrs. Johnson for the fun shirts.
Bell Photography will be at Wilson Elementary tomorrow, November 20th, for students who need picture retakes. If your student plans to have their picture taken, please let their teacher know—this will help us ensure that all students who need retakes are able to do so. This is also a great opportunity for any students who missed the original picture day. We want to make sure every student has an updated school photo.

Just a Reminder: We will have our PTA Fall Festival TONIGHT!
The PTA will be hosting a Fall Festival & Carnival for Families on Thursday, October 23rd from 5:30–7:00 PM at Wilson Elementary!
Costumes are welcome, but must be school appropriate. (No masks, weapons, etc)
There will be a variety of fun activity booths, a hot dog dinner, and a spooky walk to enjoy—it will be a great evening for the whole family!
Tickets:
$5 for 5 Punches
$8 for 10 Punches
$15 for 20 Punches
$1 for the Spooky Walk
$5 for a Hot Dog Dinner (includes a hot dog, chips, and a drink)

Picture Day Reminder
Our Fifth Graders challenged Payson City employees to a kick ball game! This has become a fun tradition for our school. Thank you Payson City for a fun morning. We are grateful to be apart of this community!
Some members of our Wilson Elementary faculty had the amazing opportunity to attend the PLC at Work Conference last week! They spent time learning, collaborating, and finding new ways to help our faculty and students grow and succeed. We’re so grateful for the chance to continue learning and improving our practices to make Wilson the best it can be—for our students and our school!

Wilson Elementary Coloring Contest Winners!
A huge thank you to the Payson City Fire Department for a fun afternoon! These students got to enjoy a special ride in the fire truck and lunch with our local firefighters.
We had a tie for our Class Spirit Winner on Friday, October 3rd... Congratulations to Mrs. Kunz and Mrs. Elbaba's classes! We love seeing all the green and spirit shirts!
